The regional chapter will be managed by Regional Governing Council. The Regional Governing Board will have 9 members, from each country chapters. All decisions will be based on majority. The Regional Governing Board will meet at least once every year. However, all major business will be carried out through emails.

The national council is formed for the management of Country Chapters. Constituting of total 13 members, the National Council comprises of Members from each state/zone/division. The national council shall meet twice a year, but the opinions sent by the members through emails are valid.

The State/Zone/Divisional Conveners are selected by elections amongst the district conveners. The main function of these conveners is to Monitor District level activities and to coordination state level advocacy and liaison tasks.
